Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups whole wheat flour


  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 cups powder sugar


  • 1/4 cups ghee


  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • 1/4 cups tutti frutti


  • 3/4 cups milk


  • 1/2 tsp orange essence


  • 1 tbsp melon seeds

Directions

  • in a bowl sieve wheat flour, baking powder and soda
  • in another bowl add ghee, powder sugar, salt and beat until fluffy
  • add essence, dry mixture and milk
  • mix well and make a smooth batter
  • add tutti frutti and mix again
  • now pour the batter to a greased baking tin
  • sprinkle some tutti frutti and melon seeds on the top
  • place the tin in preheated oven and bake at 180c for 35 minutes
